Not that I'm aware of. In the case of the Voyager wireless - the receiver is in the same box as the screen so you'd need an output from the screen to an input on your vehicle's screen which wouldn't make sense. Plus the auto manufacturers all have their own proprietary interfaces which makes it overly complicated.
I love my Chevy - but look, it's a 2500 HD Diesel marketed as a tow vehicle. How GM didn't imagine a relationship with say Rand McNally for their RV GPS or Voyager for their camera or TST for their trailer TPMS (or pick any number of vendors for these things) and integrate it rather than their own proprietary stuff is a mystery. Another mystery - why is the OEM GPS screen in the middle of the cabin instead of where the speedometer is now? It's silly to move your eyes to the center of the cabin for the realtime GPS info you need when a digital readout of speed is tiny real estate on a regular GPS anyway and doesn't need 6" of your dashboard....
I know - first world problems. 😃
