So, after a final trip north we returned on Saturday. I was washing the trailer yesterday when I noticed one of the black letters across the front of the trailer lifted up when I sprayed it with rinse water. OMG! I thought the bold, black letters that spelled AIRSTREAM front and back were embossed and painted. Now I think they are extra thick vinyl decals. I'm about to lose an "R".
Has anyone experienced this? More importantly, have any of you experienced and repaired this?
3M Automotive Badge and Trim Adhesive...carefully applied to well-cleaned surfaces will stick darn near anything back down securely...
