The next chapter

The Road still beckons, but after the near disaster of trying to outrun the Ice Bomb storm 2 weeks ago I have decided to very seriously consider retiring from the road for the winter months. I decided to stop over at Travelers Rest... for a week.

Now I am seriously looking at buying in.
Anyone else a member?

Paula

I think it makes sense to hunker down for the winter months. You folks out east are getting hammered this year. We are hot and dry here in Colorado, not normal, not good.

I'm sure some folks will chime in and get you some good reviews. I just wanted to wish you warm and safe.

Paula,
Several of our WBCCI unit are either owners or regular visitors to TR. We stopped to visit them two years ago and really liked the place. While we're not ready to "settle" yet, it's certainly high on our list.

My In-Laws and original owners of our 34 were members for many years. They very much enjoyed the community and spent from just after Thanksgiving until late April/early May there each year.

In the case of the OP, Traveler's Rest is in Florida, between Tampa and Gainesville.

There is a Travelers Rest RV resort in Dade City Florida.
This was originally an Airstream only park.
It is referred to by many people as TR.
