Hi, we just had widowed woman in her sixties join our WBCCI unit. At our unit officer installation dinner she told us that she had just bought a one ton dually and a 34' Airstream. and was looking forward to traveling. She also said that the best advice that she had gotten was to go to a thrift store and buy the largest pair of mens shoes she could find, at least size 15, to leave outside the trailer door at night. I do not believe that any of the Airstream groups, WBCCI or The Airstream Club, would cause you to feel lonely or out of place

Hi atheness! I live in Eugene, too!! Fun! I'm excited for you and all the adventures that lie ahead. Go for it!! I've towed my Bambi solo, over 20k miles in the past 3 years. One time to NYC to see my daughter. Then I hit a few different states on the way back. It was so much fun!!! Anyway if you want to grab a cup of coffee sometime, just holler. I'm staying put until after February. If you're thinking of taking off, there are lots of Airstream rallies all winter down in California, Arizona, New Mexico, etc. You can find out more about them here on the rally site. Good luck and have fun!!

Renovating a 68 Silver Steak Continental Rocket . Ready to leave Montana for the pacific west. Just turned 50 and looking for a new adventure. I want to turn Rocket into my tiny home. I'm a dame on a mission! (Even though I have no idea what I'm doing!)
