From Duo to Solo

I don't know why I found what I am about to post so difficult, but today I finally am able to do it.

I lost my best friend and #1 fan of 25 yrs two and a half yrs ago.

I am now a solo streamer. I still am looking forward to the fting life , although it is and will be very different.

I am happy we got our AS and had many enjoyable times together. I'll always have those memories to cherish.

I haven't pulled the AS out of storage for a while. I spent my home time with family instead, but next time home I plan on hooking her up and going somewhere to enjoy my rolling condo again.

I lost mine just over a year ago. It is a very difficult transition.

Good luck to you as you explore life and traveling solo.

So far I've been spared your experience so I cannot fully appreciate your situation. But, I do feel strongly that you should go out there and enjoy the time you have!

Thank you all. It's taken a while to move forward from what I think is the hardest thing I've ever been thru. I'm looking forward to 'streamin again. I guess some anxiety is to be expected. I am going to take the plunge next time home. Getting comfortable with driving long haul by myself was a big adjustment but I've done it. 'Streamin will be a lot more fun!! 'shaker

Condolences on your loss. God be with you and give you strength as needed! I lost my Joe 2 1/2. Years ago, as well. I can empathize with you. As we age, loss seems to occur all too frequently. Of 4 children, only one remains, all too young to go. In a span of 5-7 years, 5 brothers gone...I'm only one left of 8 siblings. Whether we are ready to deal with such losses, that is part of the circle of life. I find my strength in my faith and in memories of the best of times. Fortunately, you have memories of traveling with your love in that AS! Keep on traveling, in his memory, and just maybe, he may join you in spirit from time to time! Keep your chin up and keep on living life to your fullest! Evelyn.
