Martin,

Please put me down for one and we will pick it up at the BASH...Green will be fine. We are sitting here at the Terra Port in Jackson Center getting our "Boondocking" electronics installed and would have loved to have been waving our TAC flag but that will happen next time....Alumnapalloza Rally and then we will see you at the BASH.

Put me down for one as well! Green would be great (I can turn anything white into mud brown in no time...)

In the spirit of what Martin is doing with the flags... STICKERS! The initial batch will be at the Bash. Since the Bash has adopted Roots and Wings as the charity to support this year, ALL proceeds will go to Roots and Wings. The stickers are 6" in diameter, "outdoor" rated vinyl, UV coated, and feature the club logo. I won't have them in hand until just before the Bash, so don't go asking for them yet. I ordered 250 (initial order), and whatever is left at the end of the event I'll leave with Rob. Since I'm going to eat the production cost, I'll let someone else figure out how much of a donation to R&W is in order. That's right ALL proceeds go to charity. I may only be able to afford to do this once as my job goes away next year! :-)

Flags

At this time, there will only be white ones.. and only 12 for first go around.. at the cost, that's alot of money to put out for first run. We'll see how the quality is, and go from there at the Bash taking orders. Green is an option, just will cost more. More info to follow. Thanks,

Rob

Does this mean that red or orange or silver "could" be considered?

if you build it they will come................or as Henry Ford once said" you can have it in any color you like, as long as the color is black".seriously as Rob said after the initial batch and depending on the response we get most colors are available , with a slight upcharge? its good to see the interest, thanks folks!

Back in February, a few of us (now 285 strong) felt something new was needed... an alternative if you will.

Go up under Club/Groups in the menu line above and you'll see TAC listed.

Thanks for asking. We also have a web site that we'll get to have up and running as well.. but for the most part, we utilize these here wonderful Air Forums for our main form of communication.

Rob, you and the Birthday Bash have a mention in the WBCCI President's June Newsletter! Pahaska just posted a link to the newsletter and I read it this morning, Region 9, WBCCI

They should have given you a plug for the Birthday Bash and TAC! A TAC and don't look back!

Congratulations on becoming 285 members strong in such a short time. I am very anxious to see the pictures and read all about it. Have some serious fun for all of us at home too.

Right, a plug for TAC...too funny. The President of the Club with Mr. Byam's name in it newsletter goes on to talk about half truths.. he should practice what he preaches.....two of the four members hosting the Bash are WBCCI members in GOOD standing.... we didn't have to change it but who needs the drama and stress of the other option.

Interesting that they are trying to justify all their spending harassing others.

Yes, the BASH is quickly approaching and it's gonna be a great time!!

Rob
