Ok, ok, so I was being a smart ass. I wiLL sTop dOinG tHat nOW. After all I hate emails that are written in bold or even CAPS, so why do it now? I was responded to in bold and out of habit I respond the same way. I will be a little better, I promise..

Lets go have FUN...

This club is in it infancy and could use all the promotion that it could get....IF it is to become a true alternative/addition to the other club.
I hear you, and pretty much agree....My wife and I got a very bad taste in our mouths from a certain Florida chapter of WBCCI that we we members of for a couple of years.
If a club is for the enjoyment of all of it's members, and continues in that manner, then I'm all for it. But if it begins to be run by a clique of snobs, as was our experience, then it very quickly becomes part of my past...

Larry, while I have no reason to doubt your experience with a WBCCI chapter, I think it's best to stick with TAC stuff here. There are plenty of threads to exuberantly criticize the WBCCI.

So far as numbers go, I see no great need to put numbers of any group anywhere. I'd have to go look for numbers, order numbers, put numbers on. That's a lot of work. And if I did, I'd put them in a window, not on the outside of the trailer. I haven't even gotten around to getting an AIR sticker, creating an avatar, putting some pithy quote at the bottom of my posts. I do take regular showers however.

Just a quick note here, I belong to the Ia-Tac group. (I don't own an Airstream) I think the TAC has gone a long way towards improving public relations.

Gene,
You are right, I was out of line...sorry 'bout that!
And, believe it or not, I take regular showers also, usually in September and March..
But as far as numbers on my AS, I don't think so..

Cool beans!
Good to know that I am becoming acceptable!
Soon I will brainwash you into wanting silver trim on your trailer...then a silver tow vehicle...who knows where this will lead?!?!?

This is where it leads—Silverman and his tow vehicle as seen in Key West.

I'm working on the september edition of the TAC newsletter. If anyone has any articles, camp/site reviews or photos they'd like to send in, I'd be very grateful!

Thanks!

Airtandem, if you can get more details to me before August 20th, I'll get them in the newsletter... Especially the upcoming rally!

I'll keep an eye on the Airforums calendar too, if it gets posted there...

Thanks!

contact tintent #506 this page, she is writing the info on the Iowa TAC Rally.

As for the Pecatonica Illinois rally, all we have at this time is the date and place. October 8-11 at Winnebago Forrest Perserve, Pecatonica Illinois. Between Rockford and Freeport .

I have a short article with some pictures for the TAC newsletter. It is in a pdf format. If I knew where to send it, I would be more than happy to do so.
