I guess "value" is in the eyes of the beholder. The unit looks decent and if it checks out in the critical areas (floor/frame, etc.) it would surely be cheaper than new. I paid $13.5k for my 1989 31' Excella 2 years ago, it was ready to camp as bought, everything worked, solid floor/frame. Since then I have upgraded the tires/rims to 16", bigger/low profile a/c, replaced carpet on floor with a "floating" tile floor, spent about $5k so far making it "mine". Point is, it doesn't look like a real bad deal, so what if someone is "flipping" it. My RV tech said mine is worth $25k as it currently sits, not that I would sell it, so an AS tends to appreciate at some point, especially to the right person... Maybe you should consider buying it, I would, but I have two RVs now, lol....
