1970 GT ends today in Austin TX, fair deal?

Im still on the hunt to replace my 69 Safari. I have a 71 Overlander at my house right now that im looking over.. Kinda thinking its not the one. I really like the 69/70 model years. still have a real wood interior, but the newer body style with the big bay window up front.

Ive never seen a 70 GT for sale.. But there is one on ebay that ends tonight. I really like the rear bed layout of this year, and again, having the wood interior. I like the size too! Are these years of GT really as hard to find as im thinking? Does this one look like a fair deal? He doesn't give much description. Any comments or advice is appreciated.

Anyone have this year? How does it work for month plus trips? Is the rear bed so close to the bathroom a mistake?
