PeeWee,
Thanks VERY much for sharing all these great photos. They are absolutely amazing.
I see that you even got some "billing" in one of the shots!

Billing
On each of the trailer's #2 I had a billing as Pee Wee.
This picture shows the Caravans that my Mother, Helen Byam Schwamborn, had been on as of 1957.
It doesn't show my adventure on the Caravan #1, in 1951, to Mexico and Central America. But it does show three Caravans that I traveled on with my Mother, 1955 Eastern Canadian, 1956 European, and 1957 Eastern Canadian.

PeeWee, in the shot with you and the oxen, with mud spattered on the curbside quarter panel, it looks like #2 did a little "off-roading". You know it's been a good trip when you get mud on 'em!
Is that a blackboard or chalkboard on the curbside of #2 in the same shot? I could swear it looks like one.

"In the olde daze" campsites weren't always on pavement, or trailer parks. We were rough, ready and we had no A/C's, but gee, that was another tyme.
On our trailer we always had a blackboard, so Mom could notify the Caravanners as to the what's, and howze we doing today things.
