Airstream.com Document Archives Gone

Today I went to look up some info on a 1971 Safari and the document archives page on Airstream.com is no longer there. What happened? It was there yesterday.

It would be a big shame to loose this valuable information. I often referred to it for trailer floor plans, trailer specifications, and other bits of Airstream history.

I hope one of you know if Airstream simply moved these valuable documents to another address. If you have any information that might help me, I'd appreciate it.

Website restructured. Manuals back to 1964 are now under the manuals tab. I didn't see the specifications and stuff like that, though.

This has happened before. When it was pointed out, the documents reappeared.

I just send an inquiry to Airstream about the missing link to those valuable documents. I encourage everyone to do the same! The manuals they put online are nice but worthless for most of us, looking for certain specs of older trailers.

I sent a message to Customer Service asking them to restore the Document Archive.
I can't imagine why they would have removed them from their website.
However, I do like the new arrangement of the owners manuals.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Our Marketing team launched a new webpage this week and unfortunately the Archive Documents were removed. They are working to get this folder back as quickly as possible.

Thanks PeterH: Boy am I glad to see these old documents back and available for study. I refer to them quite a bit. I just verified 77 was the last year for the Overlander 27.

I did not know Airstream made a front kitchen layout. I'll go look that one up too.


The new format works great. It is easier to search for the model year.

The documents are now organized by product (Travel Trailer or Touring Coach). But they are not organized correctly.
Some trailer documents are in the coach section, and vice-versa.
There some documents apply to both products but are only linked to one. IMO, there should be a "Miscellaneous" listed in the product section.
