Maintenance and/or pre-trip checklist?

Does anyone have a good list of regular maintenance items I should be checking? I have owned my 27 FB International for one year and feel uneducated about the things I should be checking regularly. Also, I'm looking for a good checklist for getting ready for a long road trip. Thanks for your help.

There is a good check list in the Forum somewhere,I just replying to get you back to the top of the list,hopefully someone will come on to give you the thread.My personal checklist is air in tires,ice on beer.Short and sweet.Dave

Thanks for the replies. I guess I'm really looking for maintenance schedules. I feel like there are things I should be checking and/or maintaining on a regular basis but I'm not sure what. The manual really doesn't cover it and I want to pay attention to the things that need it. Any ideas?
