Last night, Tuscan Chicken and Spinach. Tonight BBQ'ed beef kabobs and new potatoes!

Kudos to Yhottys' impressive culinary efforts! Waiting for an invite the the next feast, LOL!
Do you hire out? We apparently have an upcoming wedding?

Steelegood,

Thank you for your kudos! You have an open invitation to dinner.

Roast Chicken and Mashed Potatoes

Two nights ago we had dinner at our friends' home to celebrate our other friend's visit from Tennessee. Murray cooked. It usually works out that way.

Caesar salad, parmesan toast, roast chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, rice, and corn.

Gemma likes wings!

Catching Up

Last Thursday we had home made pappardelle with black truffle brown butter.

Friday we had Vietnamese carmelized shrimp with sauteed rainbow chard, served with jasmine rice.

OK Yhottys, You definitely intimidate us with your OTT gourmet meals, but you definitely lack in the photographic department, i.e. iPhone photo's. There is a definite imbalance in Gemma's world of expert culinary preparation & presentation -vs- Murray's photographic attempt at capturing the crowning achievements with grainy iPhone photos. Murry you seriously need to invest in an appropriate camera to capture all of Gemma's culinary achievements! LOL! Seriously I really enjoy and envy all you two do! Keep em coming!

Tonight, gourmet pizza!!! woo hoo!

Ah Terry, your assumptions are incorrect.

The best thing Gemma makes is reservations! Murray was a chef and now consults. So it's usually his culinary efforts that you see posted BUT if Gemma wasn't always hanging around at dinner time he would be more than happy to have pizza and burgers every night. Gemma takes the grainy images. If there's a clear image posted it's because Murray took the image with a proper digital camera.

We don't have elaborate, over the top dinners every night. We've been known to pick up Popeye's and serve up saussicons americaines (hot dogs to you and us) on several occasions.

Thanks for your kind words, but we are in no way inspirational. Give us that designation when we figure out how to find the short in our Bambi AND fix it!

Your friends,
