Easy Does It

Our dinner tonight was quick and simple cheese and bean Quesadillas done up in my George Foreman grill. It's an older grill - but is the first GF model that came with the removable grilling plates so the clean up was breeze.

Leftovers for us tonight also.
The last of the roast pork done up as BBQ on buns with coleslaw.

It "warmed up" to +15F today and we're getting hammered with that east coast snow storm. Here I sit in my recliner with the laptop on..well..where it belongs, and my toes pointed toward the woodstove. Ahhh...Simple pleasures!

Swedish meatballs in IKEA Swedish meatball sauce over a bed of white rice. Sides included corn and homemade potato bread (bread done in my 20+ year old bread machine).

Tonight we went to our local pub. Hubby had a club sandwich and I had a French dip (no cheese). We only went out because I got the pot roast started late this morning in the crockpot and it wasn't done at dinner time. So tomorrow night we will have:

Venison pot roast in mushroom gravy
Red skin potatos
Cresent rolls (I got them on sale, with a coupon)
Green beans
