You might have a market for that gadget.

Hey Andy

You should have made it to The Bash II. Don smoked pork for our pot-luck. Its was best pulled pork I have ever had. I'm hoping he will do it again next year at The Bash III.

mistral blue,

Extra credit RIB points for the homemade modifications to the Weber, very nice, good size, layers, multifunction tool. Darn fine. Even decaled.

Later this week, I hope to post on my latest creation, a bit odd to match its owner, but I baked a 20" pizza in a cast iron skillet INSIDE a cardboard box oven using charcoal as heat source, details in a seperate post later.

Need one more trip this year.

Thanks everyone!

I think there's a market for these things too Andy.
So did Weber back in the early 80s but they discontinued making the 1880 WSM after only a couple of years: Weber Bullet History - Models 1880, 2880/2890/2820, 721001, 731001 - The Virtual Weber Bullet

The Weber forum's most popular thread by far describes how to build these minis.
The "mini" thread is close to three years old now.
Weber is fully aware of the thread too ....
