pizza dough recipe- using bread maker

makes 2 large pizza

1 cup water
3 oz Olive oil
1 Tbl sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 cip OOO flour or king Arthur 000 flour
1 pkg yeast

use bread maker on dough mode
when done cut in half

here is tonight pizza on the BBQ with a pizza stone

pesto base
roasted mushroom and roasted cherry tomato
apricot
three cheese topping

375F for 20 mim

Looks delicious! I guess it's time to dust off my bread maker and try this recipe. By the way which one you were using? Mine is KBS, as far as I remember. I really wasn't using it much. My family has been traveling a lot and every time we wanted to make pizza (that means very often), we used a portable pizza oven kit. I don't see any label on mine though, but it's a bit similar to this one https://www.amazon.com/Pizzacraft-Pi...gateway&sr=8-9 or this. Here's one of our favorite recipes for two 12-inch pizzas:

Dough :

1 1/2 cups water
2 1/4 teaspoons) of dry yeast
3 3/4 cups of bread flour
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar

tomato sauce
virgin olive oil
mozzarella cheese
parmesan cheese
feta cheese (optional)
mushrooms
bell peppers
basil
ham
pepperoni
