My Traveling Kitchen

My traveling kitchen: TEK Cherokee Infrared Grill and an Imagepro Induction stove top. I have been told that my customers (Especially Claire) expects the same high quality food even when traveling. So tonight she had a prime ribeye with Montreal seasoning and Pasta with mushrooms, garlic and green onions cooked in a wine sauce.

Looked and looked but can't find pics. We don't cook inside unless absolutely necessary. My camp kitchen consists of a Weber Q, a two-burner propane stove, a Coleman stove-top oven, typically three Dutch ovens (12, 10 & 8) and two to three tables (depending) gathered in an "L" or a "U." I put a distribution tower on my propane tank to feed the grill, the stove and a lantern on top. With griddles, a CI skilit, nestings pots and dedicated outdoor utensils, there's nothing I can't cook. We might eat better on the road than at home.

Do you have links to buy the Image Pro and TEK Cherokee?

I found the Cherokee on Amazon but the $890 price tag was too steep for me. Looks great though.

I bought both a while ago. I did a web search for both of them. I believe I bought the Pro directly from the manufacturer and the Tek Cherokee from a dealer I found on the web. Unfortunately I do not remember his name. I do enjoy using both when traveling.
