My canvas is the BBQ
I've had a few people ask for more BBQ pictures. I figured, what the hay! Here is what's happening on my 2006 Oklahoma Joe's BBQ/grill.

Here is a pic of the quinoa (cous-cous) that lovey made. I grilled the peppers that went in here.

Lookin mighty tasty.
Here is a little something for you to try, take those peppers you are grillin and cut the tops off of them, stuff them full of buffalo burger that has been seasoned with garlic, salt pepper, worsteshire and a little ranch dressing mix, those are mighty tasty!

Sounds like a homework excuse -- your pictures ate my laptop. But collidges are getting more paperless every other day; so we should expect to hear that anyway.
In addition to all the other stuff, we love to grill vegetables. We toss 'em with maybe 1/4-1/2 cup bottled lemon juice, a T of oil, salt, pepper and any seasoning at hand. Don't forget asparagus or Eggplants slices ... sky's the limit. Especially love sliced sweet potato rounds -- but gotta keep a close eye on those because they can burn due to the sugar content.

Oh yeah... Leave the tails on some camarones. Wrap each one with a basil leaf & prosciutto; toothpick it. You know the rest... 
Makes great horse doovers to serve with a Shiner Bock.
