That sounds really, really good -- now I'm craving some braised short ribs!

Congratulations!

Monica, I've been following your blog since it began, and it's been an inspiration for me from day one. When thinking my own Airstream dreams (before we actually had one) I was able to fulfill them vicariously through yours! Your photo of the farm fresh eggs takes me back to the days when we raised chickens, and a short walk to the hen house put those little beauties right in my hand. I still check in with your posts regularly, and hope to bump into you someday in your travels. Congratulations on your blog's success.

Hi Claire I am so happy I was/am able to be an inspiration for you. That is my #1 goal with my blog -- to take my readers on an inspirational journey. Thank you soooo much --my day is so much brighter now and I too hope that one day we will bump into each other. xoxo

Fresh eggs

For many years when the kids were in 4H we had chickens, goat milk all the time. Then they grew up and had other interests. Now, years later my youngest daughter and 2 grand daughters are bringing me fresh organic eggs. Life is good. Sal.

That is wonderful you were able to share with your kids that experience! What a childhood it must have been for them and now lucky for you -- fresh organic eggs Oh how I wish I could have a backyard hen house.....my son would really enjoy it.
