i'm looking forward to taking our masterbuilt smoker and fryer camping. the fryer can be used indoors but I wouldn't use it in the trailer. the oil smell hangs around awhile, is electric, and can fry a 12lb turkey with 1/3 the oil an outdoor fryer uses. their electric smokers do an awesome job on ribs in about 3-4 hours. I've done 1/2 pork butts for shredded pork in 10-12hrs and it just falls apart. set the temp and timer and forget about it till it's time to eat.
