Looking better way to filter sink drain.

.Looking for a better way to do clean up
At home I have easy cleanup with garbage disposal taking care of dish and cooking residue, in the MH I find it a pia to have to clean out sink strainer. It has a fine screen, it could be removed or changed, but I don't want to flush too much into grey water tank as it will cause problems if caught in the slide valve. My chef told me to deal with it, she cooks I clean.

Are there any easy solutions?
