Milk & Cookies
Every trip I get Milk & Cookies. Not to mention the oven-cooked bacon. Mmmmm, bacon.

Feel confident that we just used the oven for the very first time on our new-to-us 2005 Safari. Inside was brand new clean. Made sweet potato fries just like the one at home!

At least once every trip. We've never used the microwave though. (The microwave is an excellent place to store bread and rolls.)
We don't see hookups very often..

We use ours every trip. Use the broiler and bake potatoes or whatever and pies too and brownies. But we love to cook and we do not do processed foods nor much canned foods.
I cannot imagine not using it. Or not having one. It is a propane fired stove of course. In a 1985 Excella 32 footer. Where would you bake anything if you are boondocking if you have no oven?

A Weber Q1200 does a very good job of baking and roasting (as well as BBQing.)

The metal plate above the burner allows too much heat to radiate against the bottom of your food, causing it to scorch on the bottom. Bread and cakes with black bottoms don't go over well. Putting a pizza stone on the plate, or just a 12X12 ceramic floor tile if you are cheap like me, solves this issue.

I made pizza in my oven tonight. Started scratching around to see what to cook, had a pizza stone, flour, yeast, some leftover sausage, cheese and tomato sauce.
Nice way to spend a rainy afternoon.
