Food for thought - 1960 Nile Hilton Menu - End of the Road Banquet

It is appropriate for Stella's Kitchen, to publish Wally's Banquet.

Stel had left the Caravan in Ethiopia. Her Mother was sick and required Stel to be at home with her.

Wally did all right with the menu. No flies, no sand, and no questioning what we were going to eat.
