Countoure Microwave / Convection Oven

We have a 2017 30' FC with one of these rascals.

The only thing in the pile of manuals in the installation guide.

Can anyone tell me how to cook (use the oven on this thing?)

It has more buttons than the space shuttle.

I would get online for your make/model and you can probably find instructions you can download.

We have the same unit, so if you can't find one online, message me and I can scan and send to you via email. It can be daunting looking at all the buttons but the actual procedure to work the convection part is quite simple.

I gave up on using the oven but the microwave is pretty straight forward and easy to use. I also found that I preferred the propane oven to the convection oven.

I found our Contoure microwave anemic, so I replaced it with a Panasonic, which works and do so easily without having to consult any owner's manual.
