AirPizza
I finnaly got around to assembling my first pizza from scratch in the Airstream kitchen...I call this one The Overlander; Pesto, mozzerel, roasted pepper and garlic, spinich, feta and sundried tomatoes. It has inspired me to create a menu of pies named after Airstream models and related terms, for instance, how 'bout the 'Univolt' seems to me it should be a spicy pie with a bit of a humm and maybe two key ingrediants making one big flavor...Any suggestions? I thought it would be fun to enlist all you creative Airstream chefs and we'd create the ultimate roadworthy Airstream inspired pizza pie menu.

Classic.... Bambi....
Classic = straight cheese pizza
Bambi = this could either refer to a small pizza or any size pizza with just a few toppings.

Sounds good, although I think I'd call that one the 7x14.5 Bias Ply, since I shredded two of those...

Yes! and i've been thinking about the Flying Cloud, it absolutely MUST have big rounds of fresh mozzerel on top, possibly streched like clouds, havn't decided on a base for that one yet, maybe over tomato sauce with mushrooms and fresh basil...

The Globetrotter, I'm thinking should have each slice individually topped with ingrediants from various regions around the world. Gonna do a 1/2 & 1/2 tonight for some friends, call it the road side/curb side.

The Tradewind must have pineapple on it for Caribbean flavor.
An assortment of spicy ham, bell peppers and pineapple...

The Dura-torque. Would have a rubbery crust.
The Hensley. Weighs more in the pan then on your tongue.
The Centramatic. Has a balance of cheese and sausage on it.

The Banana Wrap... one can only imagine what's in this one!
The Inverter.... The crust is on the top.
The Thetford.... Don't bother eating this one, just flush it.
The Blue Boy... same as above.

The Gaucho comes to us from Argentina, there are two varieties:
One, also known as Fugazza, made focaccia style, has no sauce, sauteed sweet onions, Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of organo.
The other has Serrano ham and mozzarella cheese, topped with green onion and pimiento.
