......If your house has become the local landmark the neighbors use when giving directions to their house. "Our house is ( ........) from the house with the Airstreams". Except they say "metal trailers, silver trailers, shiny trailers, stainless steel trailers, roundy trailers.....etc."

When you sell your brand new trailer for a 20 year old airstream and your upgrading
You refer to is as THE AIRSTREAM and not the trailer in everyday conversation.
When you talk about it like it is your best friend
When you somehow bring it up in all your conversations

When you have a house full of guests and for sleeping arrangements you keep everyone in the house while you sleep in the Airstream in the yard. What you don't tell your guests is that you would rather sleep in the Airstream anyway

If you dang near lose your mind when someone says "Hmmm, I bet those are worth a lot if you scrap em out"

If you dang near lose your mind when someone says metal, steel, or stainless trailer.

Thumbs up

You see nothing "extreme" in any of these answers.

When you buy a Mylar net to put over your AS to keep drones from seeing it.

Send a message via AIM to Protohyp
When sadly you get into a fender bender because you were checking out and Airstream and then you actually admit that was the cause

When asked if you own a RV, you say no - an Airstream!
