Winter storage

I live in a cold climate and have thought of storing my airstream somewhere warm for the winter. I would drive there once a month and take it out of storage and go to a rv park to catch some warm time. Has anyone done this? I live in Salt Lake City and thought of mesquite no or Saint George for storage.
