Where to go

We are just about to purchase our first AirStream. We live in California.

Our hope is to camp by Lakes, Rivers, and the Ocean.

What is the best way to find these campsites??

Or places you all can recommend.

Thank you

Welcome to the club!

Start with these two web sites:

RVParking.com | Find RV Parks, RV Park Reviews

Greeting from the Florida Panhandle

Welcome to the Forums. We're glad to have you with us. Our favorite for locating campgrounds is RV PARKY. You can find it at RV Parky | RV Parks & Campgrounds Directory, Reviews, Photos. There is also a free Android app called RV Parky.

I'm also ready to make my purchase and will probably order a new unit next month.
Lots of great options for us in Nor Cal!
Cassini Ranch, Calistoga Fair Grounds, Big Sur, to name a few I will start with.
Happy Trails!

It's hard to go wrong with Corps of Engineers campgrounds. Every one of them is at a Corps lake project. Try this link: www.CorpsLakes.us - Corps Lakes Gateway
