We call our 2013 Flying Cloud the "tin Twinkie." Not a name, just a description. Our current TV is named " Big Red IV" as it's the latest in a series of red Explorers we've owned since 1990 ( I know, for lots of you that's not so big, but for us it is.)

Has anyone used the name Sir Campsalot? Sounds like a new name for my trailer.

Thumbs up It just seems to fit...

"Cloudsplitter" Tahawus, after our favorite camping area, the Adirondack Mtn. S.P.

They say every situation or story has a silver lining. We believe this and also believe that every trip or journey has a silver lining. Rather than look for it in our journey, we just take it with us, hence our AS name of Silver Lining.

Our current Airstream is the largest we have owned, hence the name Big Bertha.

Our TV is SeeMore because that's our drive. The trailer, Instead, because we choose to do is.... instead of other options.

My 16' is Breezin' Bye because she is just a small airstream, or a breeze. But perfect size for me!

Mine is EireStream, pronounce Airstream. I own an Irish Shop and travel over 20k a Summer vending at Festivals, seemed like fitting name as Eire means Ireland.

My husband named his Nissan Frontier, Arlo, after Arlo Guthrie. We named our new (to us) 2012 22 FB Sport, Alice, after Arlo Guthrie's song, Alice's Restaurant. We have only owned Alice for a couple of months and are totally crazy about her. She is a beauty!

I mentioned Sir Campsalot at the supper table. Some folks agreed it was a cool name. I want to get Sir Campsalot stickers made like The Hony's.

My wife and I came up with a 2 year plan... we wanted to be debt free, sell the house, get the boys out on they're own, buy an Airstream and move to Southern Arizona. 1 year into the "plan" and we've accomplished 4 out of 5 goals. Now if we can just get moved.......

AlumiNaughty is her christened name. We're looking forward to a long meaningful relationship, just the 3 of us........

What's your name?

Peanuts characters have been our faves since our childhoods, and our children grew up with the "video" Peanuts Gang. Therefore, the name of our '08 Ford F350 is Chuck for Charlie Brown because our trailer is known as Lucy3, specifically L3. She's our third Airstream, so the "3." Finally, we can come and go whenever the mood strikes, and Chuck and Lucy are most accommodating! =)

I guess we are just really dull unimaginative people. We call our trailer "The Trailer", and our tow vehicle is "The Truck".

The name of the day can be a bit opportunistic but most of the time we simply call her "The Bambi" - if we are camped in a park with tents all around us she is "The Mansion" - then again - the time we were parked in the middle of a Prevost Rally (yes that did happen) we called her "The Backhouse" ...... the Prevost owners beside us caller her "Cute" .....

Or Heirstream-
We will leave it to the kids, or-
We are already spending their inheritance.

In reality this is true-
The trailer/camper/house-
The truck/pickup/Toyota.
Sir Campsalot just hit me and I thought it was funny.
Haven't heard anyone else use it-
Other names I liked we're already being used by someone else- Silver Twinkie, Silver Streak, Baked Potato-
I never heard anyone else use Loaded Baked Potato or Heirstream.
