I think they call it the Airstream B Van. Don't see many of them.

B-van looks like an mid 90's. They are also known as a B-190. Interesting beasts, and thirsty ones at that.

For some reason, perhaps amazing coincidence, I never drive through Colorado Springs on I-25 without seeing one or two of those.

One of the members of my WBCCI unit has one. I've seen it at a couple of rallies. The interior is surprisingly roomy for its size. Moreso than my larger Interstate, possibly because they didn't try to cram in as many amenities in the B-190.

If anyone see's one for sale, let me know. That looks like it could be my perfect short duration winter escape pod.

This just looks like a real sled. But...fresh paint, some side dual exhausts, Cragar S/S wheels, a fresh 8 track....

Be careful. I have seen some scams on craigs list for these. When they don't have any contact information accept a phone number I would worry. When they don't want you to see it before you buy it then you really need to worry.

They are probably going north/south between winter and summer places. We met several couples that used them to travel between AZ and points north. One couple wintered in Mesa City, AZ and had a 34 AS there and summered in the high range above Denver where they had a cabin.

Here is another sighting in deep South Texas, very near the coast. Sadly, it appears abandoned....Click image for larger version

I saw a 1992 with the newer front nose and the fuel injected 460 on craigslist in Hendersonville/Asheville area. Asking $12k and looks nice.
