Victorville, CA: Airstream Farm?

On US 395 in Victorville, there is a lot on the corner with about 10 vintage aluminum trailers. Most are Airstreams. A couple are SUPER POLISHED. Looks like some kind of restoration shop. We have always passed when in a hurry, and haven't stopped. Anyone know about this? Just curious.

We saw that also a couple of days ago but I don't think it is Doug's. I have quite a few pics at: www.casarodante.org/airstreams-adelanto

What caught my eye was the "Bowlus 5th wheel".

Don't think it is Uwe's either. I have been to Uwe's and I don't think he has moved that far away.

We stopped by there last fall and talked to the guy for few minutes. Looks like he does nice work. His father has a polishing shop in the metro L.A. area and they help each other from time to time. His polishing fees were stiff and he wants like 4 to 6 months to do the job "right." I have his card somewhere but can't find it right now.

It is MR&R polishing , his name is Mitch Gregory.
I recently had him replace my dual axles on my ambassador. Mixed results.
He lost a bunch of parts, small but still.
He drained my batteries, and didn't know it.
Replaced a light switch outlet and didn't tell me and kept my old one that was brand new.

If you use him, get it in writing and be specific!
Prices are fair, service and attention to detail need some work.
Email me for more info, I'm happy to share my experience.
