Under the fridge

Hey...what do you all store in that funny little shallow cabinet under the fridge?

Well, I dunno, but once my wife jammed so much stuff in it that I had a heck of a job getting it open for her! Hope she doesn't do it again!

Nothin'! I have never been able to find anything that fits in there. Or in the one under the oven. They're useless but I aint got space issues so I ain't complainin. The very bottom door under the drawers in my bedroom was useless too until I decided to mount my solar controller in there. (Look ma, no holes!)

I have a '67 Caravel with a newer fridge that is larger than the original. As such, the fridge must be mounted higher which caused the lose of the drawer above the Fridge. So, I mounted the fridge on a box with a new short drawer. We will use it for utensils as I made sure the drawer would accept a utensil organizer. The galley has no other drawers as common with Caravels.

We keep aluminum foil, plastic wrap and a box with an assortment of zip lock bags there.

We put extra bottles of drinking water or extra pop/beer in the one under the fridge and aluminum foil and plastic bags and wrap under the stove.

Tools - my tool bag that holds my power drill, bits, screwdrivers, etc. fit nicely under there and it's pretty handy to open and grab whatever I need.
