Trailer Dolly Options

Anyone have a preference or experience to share? Looking for pro and con.

I live on a private road with 5 homes; if my neighbor across the road is home I'm forced to pull straight in and then later maneuver out and park the AS. He is a super guy and I asked once to give me another few feet of clearance so I can cut back ... He did so one time. Bottom line is its my problem and not his.

I had my brother in law stop over and give me some technique and options as he is a professional truck driver. His first comment was "you're in a tough spot and there is no work around etc".

He took the wheel and it took him 10 minutes and 25-40 moves to get the trailer backed in. Confirming I need better options for getting the AS on site and in position.

I noticed everything on the Google search from non-powered to remote controlled battery operated with braking. Keep in mind that this will stay at home and not be going on the road with us.
