Our first unit was a 22 sport, which is one of the smaller models.

Couple of things that worked well for us in that unit are:

Staple a fabric hanging shoe rack to the inside of the wardrobe door. The pockets are good for lots of things like batteries, whisk broom, flash light, trash bag roll, Off, etc. I get the gray ones at Big Lots. Cut them to the size needed $8.

Those white plastic bins that are sold to keep ice in the door of a freezer. These are great for items on the floor next to the toilet. The solid bottom contains any leaks, and the sides are high enough to keep things upright. They also fit in the shallower Sport overhead lockers.

Trader Joe $8 blue insulated food tote bag. This with a couple of those blue ice packs is perfect for keeping the soft cold foods on the floor under the dinette. Good for lettuce, produce, chocolate bars (fun size Snickers anyone?) and sandwiches. We use a Yeti with ice for meats and dairy so they are 100% super cold. Once the fridge cools down transfer what is remaining to the fridge, and put the blue ice in the freezer to re-freeze them for the trip home.

I have moving blankets. Put blankets on bed and light things on bed. Then stuff goes on the floor. Try to put heavier stuff over the wheels. Anything that can scratch I put a moving blanket around. I don’t carry a rug. Too heavy. Use tarps, and tarps dry faster. Not pretty but effective and much lighter.

We have a 19 foot Flying Cloud and a very small crossover tow vehicle. We make it work by buying items in sizes that fit our setup.

For chairs, the Helinox Sunset folds down very small and fit in the closet.

For a grill, we use a little Primus camping model that fits in underbed storage.

For outdoor rug, we use the CGear mat that folds down and tucks well in the outside compartment.
