Scarab car
This would be the perfect car to pull an Airstream. It has a V8 engine so probably could. It is described as the first mini-van. It was designed in the 1930s by William Stout another aviator. There are more pictures at 1936 Stout Scarab at the Palm Beach International Concours d'Elegance
