Twins are real cozy when you both are together in one of them.
There is also the front double bed/sofa if you should feel you need it.

If you have ever had a front bed queen and got tired of trying to make the bed or crawl over your spouse to go to the bathroom you will understand why twins make a lot of sense.
When I went from my 23 to my 27 I did not even consider anything other than the twin. Dave

We've been married XX years and have 23 grandchildren who need a place to sit and visit so that we adults do not interrupt them.

My wife just mentioned to me the other advantage. When we had the queen I a lot of times did not level the trailer properly and we find one or the other with all the blankets in the winter or thrown on the other in the summer.

Twin beds or not. Good question. Floor space, dressing space.. Main reason we went from a queen bed to twin floor plan. I am an Very early riser, And enjoy the beautiful morning with a cup of coffee & walking my dogs , Without disturbing my husband. Isn’t the Airsteam adventures all about the sunrises & sunsets, Without disturbing my husband . My favorite part of the day is this quiet time in the morning. We started out with a queen size bed. But realized this floorplan worked better for our lifestyle.

If you're single, twins are perfect for taking along a friend or a grandson without having to make up the dinette area into a bed.

For that photo it would more appropriately be, "There's a lotta 'splainin' to do..."

I thought most everybody could easily see the superiority of the twin bed arrangement in the Airstream

But it also does have more storage, and it looks larger looking down the aisle.

Al, We were thinking of doing the same thing with our FC30 twin. How do the sleep number mattresses fit? Did you have to modify the foam for the rounded corners of the trailer? Did you have to extend the platform under the mattress into the aisle?

As for the OP's question:
Nobody has ever asked us and we don't offer anything. But, if you must know, we've always had a king bed at home and have never slept well in an RV or boat queen. The twins was a perfect solution for us.

Ditto the other poster on req for more into. Did you replace or extend base? I would love to do this to my twins and give up a little aisle space, at least on the big person's side ;-). Any hints / details would be a great help. Thanks!

Twin Decisions

We noted more outside storage with the Twins. We enjoyed the isle between them for getting up or sitting on the beds

It also in our opinion gave the trailer a longer look from the back sitting area.

We did not want to climb over each other to get out at night

They are some what of a pain to make up in the morning

just like the twins, cpap machines fit on center cabinet with electrical outlets. never let a bed interfere with getting frisky

I've never felt the need to tell anyone about our choice of bed's, so to answer your question never.

I like the "they're better than the back seat of a Chevy" answer best of all. Short, humorous and -- true.

You also could say that you didn’t want to go over 25’ to get a walk around queen bed and you don’t want to climb over each other to the toilet lol.

Not really asking, but just wondering idly: for how many of the people who are members of this site is "the back seat of a Chevy" any longer orthopedically possible?
