Patio awning modification?

I am interested in modifying my patio awning (30-foot International) for added privacy and sun shade - perhaps installation of a side roll-up (lightweight) (bamboo) curtain that can be put up and taken down pretty easily? Would like to hear ideas on what others have done to shade the sides of the big awning. The issue I see is the angle of the awning may not lend itself to appending something that needs to be level to hang straight.

Zip Dee makes those privacy rooms for their awnings.

We use silver sun reflectors that we bungee or clamp to the areas in need. They are about the size off large tarps and very light weight. Do a great job of reducing the heat under the awning.

Black mesh can be easily clipped to the awning. It produces shade, you can see out and still gives you some privacy.

I bet Mary has been to a few dog shows.

We use the same. Works great keeping "Fado's" crate cool.

Yes indeed! Haven't done many agility trials in the past couple years due to my dogs health problems, one gets too stressed out and runs away and my old guy has been sick with pneumonia every other month. But we are expecting a new puppy soon and plan to hit the road!

Yes it sure is...and we've been involved with the breed long before those folks in DC. Water Trials, Obedience and Conformation.

Our first was also named "Bo"......the cover star.

I am hoping to try my luck with obedience and pet therapy with the new puppy. I did a lot of research to find a golden breeder with a solid performance based breeding program with very limited health issues.
