Outstanding on line Vendor

I have a unique 1994 Classic AS and the battery boxes are not lined up with the front seams. On Line I ordered stone shields from Outdoor Mart. The ones I ordered could not be securely fastened and the replacements which I also ordered from Outdoor Mart and which were shipped directly from Airstream did not fit as well as I expected. Ben, in the parts department at Outdoor Mart, worked with me to solve the problems and when we couldn't resolve the problem to me satisfaction, he arranged for return of the shields at their expense and authorized a refund.

I have purchased from Outdoor Mart in the past and will in the future. I recommend them to all

It's **always** great to hear about things going well here on the forum. We all concentrate on problem solving, as we should. We never call the phone company to tell them the phone is working fine. I second fellow Eagle Jim's comment. We use OODM for just about all our work, and for things ordered online as well. I had the same experience when I actually made the mistake of ordering the wrong part. They stood up and made the replacement process fail and equitable.
