It's **always** great to hear about things going well here on the forum. We all concentrate on problem solving, as we should. We never call the phone company to tell them the phone is working fine. I second fellow Eagle Jim's comment. We use OODM for just about all our work, and for things ordered online as well. I had the same experience when I actually made the mistake of ordering the wrong part. They stood up and made the replacement process fail and equitable.
