Nice to have items for the Airstream

I was wondering what one's top 5 items, not including generators, would be for their AS. Would it be Direct TV, stabilizers, surge protectors etc.

Thanks

John

In order of increasing approximate cost:

* Over-the-door hooks for coats, towels, dog's leash, etc.

* Little baskets with velcro, if you have mouse fur wall covering. Good for storing glasses, note pads, TV remote control, etc., wherever it's convenient.

* Automotive shade screens for windows.

* Extra 5-7 gallon water jug for backup, to add water to the fresh water tank when everyone else got a shower but you.

* Small recirculating fan for inside refrigerator.

* Quiet computer-type fan for outside vent on refrigerator.

* Large commercial entry mat to put just outside the front door; keeps mud, rocks, dirt, etc. from being tracked inside. We also have one inside that can be dragged out and shaken when debris does make it in.

* Marine battery isolator switch.

* FantasticFan, if you don't have one. A second one, if you do.

* Electric tongue jack.

* Mobile broadband

* 16-inch wheels and LT tires.

Tow vehicle (won't get far w/o)
Coffee Press
Cell phone antenna and booster
Water thief
Cork screw
Folding chairs

And... If you have $150 bucks burning a hole in your pocket, get a Fire Dancer. While it's not mandatory, this little thing is the single most used add-on we have. Used twice each day and facilitates all kinds of fun

After checking Google, it looks like those fire dancers are $150 each. Is one enough? Also, do you recommend the Hawaiian or Samoan dancers?

Here is a second vote for a big roof mounted solar panel. No noise, no fumes, no heavy lifting, no expense after initial purchase.
Might want a 12 volt led TV with that.
