Our Airstream has beautiful panoramic windows front back and sides.
We open the shades all around and take in the sights but mostly we like being outside. It matters little to us where the bedroom is we only sleep there in the dark.

We have a front queen that we converted to twin. Instead of using the folding doors, we open the bath and closet doors together. This gives us a combination bath and dressing room all in one. Be sure to close the blinds and curtains though.

We just got a new 2017 25 front bedroom twin. When we were looking at the 25's the 2 big things that turned us off with the rear bedroom was the noisy referigeator fan and expoposed dump valves. The FB has the dump valves in the heated part of the tanks, the rear bedroom doesn't. This is important to us because we like to camp at the Grand Canyon in the the late fall and early spring when the crowds are gone.

We put in an inexpensive, absolutely quiet fridge fan when needed for good compartment cooling. The exposed dump valves may freeze but we haven't seen it in 1400 nights of winter season camping in the Southwest. However sooner or later those valves need cleanup or replacing and we're glad they are easy to get to.

There is a WBCCI luncheon rally in March up by Marshaltown; see calendar. This would be a good time to talk to Airstreamers first hand, and check out the unit.

I put a quite fan in my 2014 23fb but it still ran most of the time draining valuable amps from my batteries. In my 23' the valves would always freeze when the temps get much below 30. At the time of the year that that we go to the Grand Canyon the temperature usually get down to to the low 20's and upper teen's making it impossible to dump the tanks. This is our third AS. With our other 2 (20' & 23') we had to limit our stay to 2 nights and dump our tanks when we got back home, 1 1/2 hours to the south.
