Talking Oh checken feathers!

I think they figured out how to recycle chicken feathers and the new roof will not leak, will be lighter and may flutter enough to assist propulsion.

Since there is a new building behind the exiting one, I expect that the current operations will be moved to the new building and the old plant will focus on new developments.

We should find a local house where we can plant a camera, perhaps from more than one site. From that we can see what kind of machinery and raw materials go in and out. At least then our speculations will have a foundation.

We ought to have a contest - see whose guess is closest - the winner gets a free trip to Jackson Center.

I was thinking much the same-- sort of like those office pools we used to have in Madison, Wisconsin, about the date when the ice on Lake Mendota would break up in the spring. Everyone paid in a dollar or something, and the winner got the kitty-- all $27 or so of it.

5. A Casita or Oliver with a nice silver paint job, and maybe add some faux rivets.

Brian

That would be a great, marketable, profitable idea-
They ain't gonna do it!

8. An Airstream popup - maybe based on their basecamp model. Thor could borrow capacity and expertise from their 'Livin Lite' brand to keep costs and weight down.

Good point, Livin Lite got something right, they lightened the load to the point smaller cars can tow them. When you think about it, the trailer affects the TV choice, and having to upgrade your vehicle, or buy a second designated TV to tow a trailer is not in good practice for accessing the budget minded consumer.

Don' think so

Airstream pop up? Airstream Scout ?

Wheeler said " unmistakably Airstream " or something like that

I'm still thinking fiberglass. It's gonna be less expensive by $10 K. Casita is able to sell theirs for $17 K Fiberglass manufacturing must be way cheaper.

He also said not aluminum. I hope they don't make a Casita and call it an Argosy

Piggy Bank-I vote for a revised 16 sport with a bunk over the dinette across the front and prefab/less expensive furniture. No microwave and less expensive trim out inside.
Maybe aluminum, maybe part aluminum, part fiberglass.

Why? Unit needs to have a kitchen and bathroom to qualify for that mortgage interest deduction.

They are targeting the, " on a budget" crowd. Probably people using a pre-existing auto. Plus you would be limiting sales to folks with a pick up truck.
