My trailer has been 1 year 5 months trouble free now, but it took a trip to Jackson Center to get to this point.
I wish they would have done a better quality control check before delivery.
Don't get me wrong, I love my trailer.
Just saying.

Well the good news is that on day two years plus one, the Classic did not disintegrate into a pile of miscellaneous parts.

Let's see, I've restored 3 Model A Fords built in 1929 and 1931. Since Chevrolet's of the same era are almost non-existent due to their construction techniques, why is anybody using anything but a Ford to tow their Airstreams?

No it's the Airstream is the best TT because we threw a bunch of money at it to restore it to it's former glory thread.

Or a Vega or a Celebrity or a Volare. Most makes built crappy cars in the 70s and 80s.

And 90's and 200o's-
2001 Taurus was the worst car I've ever had.
Maybe not really...
Maybe on par with 1970 Maverick-
Not much improved in 30 years...
Possibly got worse-

I also have a 25 t roadster and a 30 model A coupe, if we use the car trailer it is pulled with our dodge, 6.7 also for our airstream, no more ford pickups here, I still remember the 6 litre problems....and fords no help program......

I think not a lot of people know that Chevrolet car bodies made before about 1937(or so) were pretty much made entirely of wood with sheet metal tacked over.

Not many of them lived to be restored.

I knew where Dennis was going with his comment right away.....

Confirmed by a friend of my second cousin (he cuts the grass at the factory) this is to be the next limited edition tribute Aistream. They still have a few bugs to work out. I like all the outside storage. Sadly they appear to still be using plywood flooring.
