new curtains for 2012 Flying Cloud

Our curtains are the ones that are not pleated. The fabric is so thin it is not holding up. Has anyone tried to make curtains for their airstream? Also I was wondering if anyone has used the drapery makers listed in the Blue Beret?

I don't know if it's the same people, but there is a couple in FOD who make fabulous drapes with some really funky themes: tropical, south-west, the great outdoors, etc.

Your thinking of TBRich and he did our covers for the dinette, they turned out great and after almost 4 years they still look as good as new.

Thanks, blmitch. I would love to change the drapes one day. I really like TBRich's work.

We are working on ours currently. My girlfriend is doing all the sewing. We went to a big fabric warehouse and got some thick material (for darkness and heat). We had the original curtains and they were shredded so we just used them as a pattern. Tore them apart to get an idea of how they created them. We are just copying what we found. We will post some pics when they are done!
