My flag pole

I have always wanted to have a flag pole. I saw some online that you can buy and some put something together. Well, I got mine off someone, but made it my own. He used a conduit hanger. I tried to paint it all black, but as I was putting it on, I made scratches. I will touch it up next time. I'm happy I got this done before my trip to Big Bear tomorrow. I thought I might share this with you fine folks.

On a side note:
1. Airforum does not allow me to orient the pictures.
2. yes my front yard is dirt. I conserved water due to the drought, and my front yard was my sacrifice.

I used to have flagpoles like that, but had to mount them differently with my Interstate.

A word of caution— run up the pole far enough that the flag cannot touch the top of the trailer, and no farther. If the wind picks up while the flagpole is fully extended (especially with two flags on the pole), those poles will bend!

I now use larger-diameter poles for my Interstate.
