Kitchen storage and organization

We have a 75 Overlander and it doesn't have but a sliver of a pantry next to the refrigerator and that is where I keep all of our canned and dry goods. Above the countertop are two roller bins and I've been keeping dishes up there but they get jammed or crammed in and it's very disorganized. Where do you guys keep your dishes and pots and pans? I can keep pots and pans underneath the sink but that cabinet isn't the cleanest. It seems to always get Dusty from the tire wells.

We have a 2016 27' FC FB but maybe some of these ideas can help you out. We utilize small height areas for our dishes and glassware under our sink so no vertical space is wasted.
We used a sock organizer for glassware. Camco Stack-a-Plate set for plates and bowls.

Confining small items into clear storage bins.


Vertical storage.


Stacked collapsible dish rack and dish pan under nested pots and pans. Felt "petals" between pots and pans to keep from rattling.

If dust can get in from the wheelwells, find the cracks where dust gets in, and seal therm, either from inside or outside.

Or if that's too much trouble, wash the pots and pans before using them.

Or if that's too much trouble, wrap the pots and pans in clean, new trash bags turned inside out (so that when you turn them right-side out and use the trash bags for trash later, the dust is on the inside).

The point is, there are any number of ways to make it work, and storing heavy stuff low in the trailer instead of high is always good.

P.S. Some have petals that are wide. I love to use them for hot plates or for protecting counter from getting scratched up.

In our '67 we keep them in the overhead cabinets. As long as we stack like dishes together they seem to be fine and don't move around at all.
