Kitchen Appliances

We are overhauling a 1967 Overlander. We are considering removing the oven since we heard they are seldom used and we would like to repurpose the space. Our replacement option is to use a countertop convection toaster oven. Is this wise? Can we purchase a toaster oven that is intended for regular home use or does it need to be one manufactured specifically for travel trailers and all the bumps and jarring that road travel creates?

Cool trailer

Just finished restoring my 67 OL. Kept the oven even though we never use it. My wife likes to store cast iron skillets, etc in it while traveling and the turquoise matches the vintage décor.

Look into installing a Convection Microwave. It'll handle both microwaving & toasting.

Candy, Which trailer are you looking at to install an oven? You have two listed. I may be able to help. Ed
