Oh, c'mon. It is a great country. And a beautiful one. And what better way to see it than via an Airstream journey?

Rather than "Why an Airstream?" The question should be "Why Not?"

It is a greater country since I got my Airstream. I don't pay nearly as much attention to the stuff that I used to...And I have a much better attitude when I wake every day. I am currently parked in Bluff, UT.
My dog and I hike the ruins every day, enjoying an area where people have lived for close to 25,000 years (yep that number is correct) and surrounded by their rock art that is stunningly beautiful. It puts a lot of things into a different perspective...

Cool! Comb Ridge?

We drove through Bluff in April. During that trip we decided to focus on the lesser-visited ancestral Puebloan sites, like Hovenweap in Utah and Canyons of the Ancients in Colorado. Sadly, our dog has gotten too old to go on a hike, but in her youth she would have loved your hiking adventures.

BTW, our Bambi was in an accident in late August, and after much negotiation with the insurance adjustor, they agreed to write it off and we get to buy a new one. We never even seriously considered SOBs.

Investigating: why an Airstream?

It's our dream, it's a lifestyle, it's classic, fun, it's an adventure every day, beautiful, well made, lasts a long time, and will be our home sweet home in the most beautiful places in the world! Need I say more

"Why an Airstream?"

Have you ever heard of someone restoring and loving a 25 year old SOB?

Very true, but those are way older than 25 years. 25 years takes us back to 1990!

Yeah, you're right!
A vintage restored Shasta would be 50 years old!

I guess all vintage restored sob's are 50-60-70 years old- Silver Streak, Streamline, Spartan- and they are vintage kin!
