I named our Flying Cloud 27FB Sky King. While I am not a rancher with a pilot buddy in search of criminals, I am a retired LEO and with the Mrs, we soar in our wingless cloud across the country in search of new discoveries and mischief!Click image for larger version

We named our 1988 345 LE "Rosie" because her original interior was Regency Rose. We previously had an '89 345 LE named "Susie". That one the kids named and I can't remember why. That's age for you!

I'm drawing a blank here.

How did you guys come up with a name or did you?
Our first TT was a smaller retro style camper we called The Shoe (Ohio State alumni will understand). When we upgraded to our 2018 FC27, we carried over the name, sometimes referring to it as "The Shoe 2".

My wife and I were standing in front of ours looking at it head on and I mentioned that it kinda looks like the head of a Cylon Centurion from the original Battlestar Gallactica series. That was it. From that moment on I have called it "The Cylon".

For you non sci-fi geeks, here is a pic of ours that I superimposed over a Cylon Centurion body.

Talking 79 Safari Intl.

I’ve named her Beulah. She’s only 23 feet long, but a bit Rotund!::

The 67 Caravel got its name yesterday. Up to this point its been fondly called the money pit.
From now on it will be known as "Ferrah".
My friend that let me know, 10 years ago that the Airstream was going up for sale came by yesterday to see the progress & came up with it out of the blue.
This is the birth spelling of Farrah Fawcetts' name which also means joy in Arabic.
The Airstream was purchased on the day that Farrah passed away. 10 years ago June 25.
Who didn't adore Farrah Fawcett.

We named ours “Shine”. Because we like the song Shine by Collective Soul, the previous owner of our house made shine back in the day and our 23d always shines weather it’s raining or sunny.

Well, shoot! That’s what we decided on, too, for our new Globetrotter. My husband is retired USANG Col. Oh, well. Great minds... Back to the drawing board!

we named ours silver twinkie, before I joined airforum.....I then saw that several others had done the same.....we still have not renamed it though. Probably will not. Mine was the last year of the "twinkie" body style....
