Holy Cow! I bought one!

A lightly used 2012 25 FB Serenity, fully optioned. We had been contemplating buying maybe next year, but went to look at this one and bought it. Getting a PP3 hitch and some new wheels/tires and should be good to go in a couple of weeks. I cannot believe it. I was going to go with a FC but my better half really loves the décor on the Serenity.

Congrats, now can you join us at Alumalina sept 20-23 Wateree SP near Columbia SC? The details are in the rallyzone. Sandpaper is the cat herder in charge. Kick some tires with some veteran Airstreamers.

Unfortunately we are going to have to stay pretty local this year;we had not planned on an AS this year and we have have a lot of other plans, including community college classes this Fall. Then my daughter is getting married next March. We plan to do some trips after that.
Yes, it is a great interior...that sold my wife. I would have been satisfied with a FC, but this truly is a step up. She loves the Japanese feel...Zen.

My favorite Serenity feature is the riveted porthole on the head door. Love that.

The riveted oval shaped port hole on the bathroom door occurs only in the International Signature models. The Serenity has a square opaque plastic window with a branch in it.

Congratulations!
I hope you find plenty of time to spend in your new Airstream.
The interior of the Serenity sold us, too. Nice clean, fuss free styling. We also love how easy it is to clean.

I have a riveted porthole on the door of my 2012 Flying Cloud 23FB.

Sorry, Switz. I just re-read this and it sort of sounds flippant (not intended that way at all). Just trying to point out that I believe it comes on some other models as well. I always thought that it was an interesting touch on a travel trailer and why a window on a bathroom door?

Larry, that's a VERY nice airstream. Hopefully, you can find time to use it SOON. Congrats.

So excited for you! We just got a 2012 Flying Cloud in April and have already had waaaay more fun than I thought we would. Now we are always trying to find places to go for a quick weekend get away, even just Fri-Sun, like we are getting ready to do TOMORROW :-)
