in my first long Airstream trip years ago we got caught in NC under a very bad thunderstorm. Hail so large it didn't seem real. The next morning I could see the dents on the roof. Jeez. It was not a good feeling.

Late that same day after being on the road in full Sun, I stopped for gas, and was amazed to see all the dents gone. Healed by the Sun. Wow..

We are in Mobile. Saw that you were getting pounded on the am news today. Hope there are no dents.

I used to live in Maine where hail and ice storms were all too common. I have seen hail the size of golf balls and roads with inches of fresh ice on them. Two years in a row I had car windows busted and bodies dented. Just got spoiled living on the coast where hail is rarely seen bigger than a pea. Turning out to be a beautiful day. Sun is out and the birds are singing.

It seems the sun usually comes out after a tornado comes through for all to see the damage.
